How do you mitigate overhead from making copies all the time with immutability? By using moves and changing ownership a lot?

Companies can still exit at stage A. I don’t know what the actual probabilities would be, but more funding rounds do not necessarily mean it’s a higher probability of exit.

There's a lot of work involved in how the data is annotated and how the labelers are managed. You have to minimize the error of the labels, because they aren't perfect and the tasks can be more difficult than you might realize. Se

This is mostly because low divorce rates as well as virgin marriages are both highly correlated with religion, which is explained in the article.

There’s definitely some work of tracking activations in a network for a given set of inputs. It’s a good black-box way to prune your network for lighter weight models.

Probably because the network’s critical mass necessary to provide a reliable service depends on the average user. If you alienate the majority of your user base, the more frequent users won’t have a reliable service at all.

How do you "have mentees" without management on board? Legacy products tend to be inherently unsexy and it's hard to attract mentees to those projects.

Machine learning pipelines are brittle and hard to debug as the data representation is condensed to numbers in matrices instead of expressive data structures with semantically meaningful variable names. To mitigate this complexity, PyTorch

This is likely true. However, to scale nuclear power development, we would have to lower standards in some ways to meet more aggressive timelines, which would almost certainly increase the mortality rate. Nuclear can be the safest, but it&#

FWIW, I think you are totally correct if you take accuracy at face value. You really have to compare precision and recall values to know if the accuracy statement holds true. You could have have 100% precision and low recall and still have

I find the bit about mentoring people outside your org interesting. I'm interested in mentorship myself. Does anyone know if there are actually rewarding mentorship programs on websites like meetup.com? Has anyone else done this?

Definitely don’t overwhelm yourself. Your effort isn’t going to be useful unless you build good software engineering chops/fundamentals. ML isn’t widely used enough to make or break your career.
