Not the parent, but I think they do actually mean eBay Kleinanzeigen. A few months ago they added a service like this but afaik it’s still in beta and also not available for all categories yet.

You currently use <button>s for your navigation (and in the footer) which means I can't use neither my scroll wheel button to open links in a new tab nor can I right-click and open it in a new tab. I guess you could use <a hre

Ads and reddit coins afaik. Coins can be used to buy either their premium subscription (no ads and a few other things) or can be used to "award" posts/comments. You can select which award you want to give, there are multiple

This policy is so outdated, you literally aren't allowed to have more than ~10% personal belongings (like family pictures) in the room. Also you're afaik not allowed to have a bed/couch inside which makes a guest room/ho
