I bought a Galaxy Nexus from Google about a week ago for $399 from Google Play. Completely worth it, as it's unlocked and it runs pure ICS and will be updated whenever Google releases an update.

Not only salaries, but also benefits. I think Health Care Insurance (that the company provides)is often overlooked. American Health Care cost for businesses has increased a ton over the last few decades.

Apple has a lot of contact information that's easily available. http://www.apple.com/contact/ sounds like someone did a charageback if they didn't do it one of the financial institutions did one.

Yep, I checked out my Activity Monitor and the Flash Plugin was also the culprit, using over 890mb of RAM. I'm running Firefox with multiple tabs (5), Chrome with multiple tabs (7), pages, X-Lite, Adium, mail and thunderbird and 4GB of RAM

i don't know these people and I'm not a pilot, but is it possible the Bonin wanted to crash the plane? I find it hard to believe that he would continue to pull back on the stick almost the entire time and not 'share' that information, and

I'm still learning Android Dev but points 2, 6 and 7 I agree with. Also to an extent 9, a lot of Android Dev blogs are abandoned and dated.

I also notice that Pocket Cast is "only" $1.99 on the iOS App store compared to $2.99 on the Android market. Plus on iOS at least, they have some good competition from Podcaster and iCatcher etc. On the Android side, there seems to be les

I use VoIP all the time, Callcentric. I've never had problems using my iPhone and Acrobits (using G.711u and G.711a audio codecs) and making calls to US/Canada numbers. As long as my WiFi connection is good then the call is great as they us

I went from being a total Windows junkie to loving OSX since I switched over in May. No regrets. My windows desktop is left sitting, while I use my MacBook Pro all the time. I don't know exactly what you consider dumbed down, while some par

Considering the iPad has been on sale for the last 2 years and have already sold millions, I don't find this surprising since the Kindle Fire just went on sale. Now if Apple had released a iPad 3 at the same time as the Kindle Fire was rele

I love working from home, I'm only in the office one week out of every 3 the rest of the time I'm at home working. My fellow employees and I actually find ways we can work from home when we're 'suppose' to be in the office. I love being abl

I work around "real" people as well and I know no one that has purchased a Kindle Fire or is really even considering one. I do know people that have purchased the iPad 2, Xoom and Asus Transformer, and other who have Kindle book readers, bu

How do the kids cope with the book being online? Last year my wife, who's a Biology/Chemistry teacher ran out of books. Cause the kids take them, never bring them back and the school doesn't enforce any kind of book return policy. Anyways,

I'm wondering what chair people suggest, I use a rather generic chair from Office Depot, that was only about 100 bucks. It's ok, but not great, also getting a bit old. Mind you this is while working at home.

Be interesting to see how quickly ICS is adapted by the public at large. I mean it'll be interesting to see how quickly Android 2.2 and 2.3 devices are upgraded to Android 4.0.
