I got sick, I lost 8 more kg (16lb) in weight in 5 days: when I got out of hospital I over-ate sugar and carbs for two weeks and got fitter, faster than anyone would believe. Sugar is good for you - thank goodness I learned a few tricks b

Couldn't' 'seeming more fragile these days' be a part of copycatting, in that if person X got offended by something, then these addicted-to-social media-types copy the behaviour...and then some?

I would say that those 'that don't notice certain slowdowns', sadly, may never have experienced anything but slowed down systems.

Under 'Distracting notifications' I'd put that FBI copy infringement notice. The UK had "you wouldn't steal a car....", preaching similar.

Please don't anyone take this as a plea to 'improve' the UI of keepass :-) Sometimes "... crap", just works. Been using kp for years, also the android version. I manually sync my .kdbx files, and all is good.

Despite all the talks from my parents, I still did silly and dangerous things, as I suspect the majority of us did. Personally, mine would be up for 20-life for all my crap.

As a near-local, I see the Venetian problem (as the article explains): day trippers are destroying the place, without contributing. Even the low US phones registered are probably from the two bases nearby, and some that aren't. If you

European here: 900m makes sense (and I see it a lot, 900 m (space) doesn't. I tried '400 m run' in youtube and all results came back as '400m'.

It's great! Everyone I 'converted' is now thinking about the implications - from many different angles. Any outage for a few weeks is a win for humans and a huuuuge kick in the nuts for the twats.

Agree with 'fat', but 'cheap.....high-sugar', does not necessarily produce fat. 200g of white sugar mixed with plain water will get you a long way on a bicycle. Carbs for the win.
