We will see. Here in Europe, its possible to find out after 2018-05-25. My guess is that they will retain as much data on you as they can legally get away with.

If its for storage mostly, HubiC has 10 TB for 50 euros per year. Their up/down speed is pretty slow and their web interface looks unpolished, but so far it worked pretty well.

Don't forget to encrypt before uploading. Best to only sync `encfs` directories. You never know what will become "illegal" or "undesirable" content in the future.
