Agreed. My comment about scaling is simply that a lot of other companies use rails at scale, and alike that of hey.com (which I presume is heavily used) it is probably built to... scale

I really wish more startups (if you can call them that at this stage) would go public earlier. There are so many companies I'd love to invest in at much earlier in their life. Coinbase is one of them for sure.

The one thing I dislike about Vercel is that you need to go all in or nothing with it. Say you have a micro-frontend strategy and would like part of your front-end in next.js; you can't. Overall I really am impressed with Vercel, thoug

I'm referring to what are the out of pocket costs a physician pays in malpractice insurance -- the cost they pay, even if a lawsuit is not brought against them. Not the cost of actual malpractice lawsuits
