I’m not sure what do you mean. Quite often I’m trying to find an answer to something whether it’s an event, rule, informational. All of them consistently answered for me on AI overview.

I feel much much smaller version of it already happened. Many many customer facing processes in companies (from customer support to lost & found departments) almost all automated to a point if you are outside of the norm you are screwed

Same here , about 95% of my searches o just look at the AI overview, and that’s been enough. I don’t like AI only idea but I think it will work just fine

We will see smaller and smaller teams where all this overhead is minimized by handful of people, and more than ever we will see 2-5 people teams creating great software

To be fair we are already having these kind of stories because of human mistakes or lack of competence. The question is like autonomous driving, is the rate going to be higher or lower or same.

This is very late sorry, just checking HN. I like that, but (and I might be ignorant) can't you just change it's all in browser to something else and the users would be oblivious? I'm cautious of this because these kind of so

No thanks, I’m sick of companies with their super connected bullshit. MS , Google, Apple etc. We need more isolation between hardware and these conglomerates

If you are in agriculture you understand how expensive to move things, as crazy as this sounds it’s practically only option many times. Easy way to understand, they can announce it’s free come and get it and it wouldn’t have moved. Which cl

This might be and not an objective data, 2 more things seem relevant : 1. New releases get on stream within weeks to couple of months. 2. Lots of new movies are supposed to be a TV movie and not a theater release (subjective) I go to the m

This looks interesting, I’m looking for a good personal PDF editor that I can use in windows and private. Seems like your product is more for organizations, any idea if such a thing exists. It seems like the market is full of bloated (Adobe

I agree with this but they don’t. And that’s the the thing, AGI as they refer is much much much more than what we have, and I don’t know if they are going to ever get there and I’m not sure what’s even there at this point and what will just

AI is truly perfect for internal tooling. Security is less or no concern, bugs are more acceptable, performance / scalability rarely a concern. Quickest way to get things done, and speed up production development, MVP development etc.

I’m curious how different is it compared to use an AI agent to get your transcript, summarize and document it a file, and then ask it something? Like a simple RAG or even just project in codex

Security always had “defender’s dilemma” (an attacker needs to find one thing, but defender needs to fix everything) problem, nothing is new in terms of AI’s impact just application of different resources and units.

I don’t even see the pint of alignment or anything about security in LLMs. I feel like this is how “some people” reacted to the internet when I was young (lots of censorship), how hackers don’t let it happen, then how we are back to that wo

Motion page looks much better, but other than purple I’d focus on design more, even to suggest hire a designer on project basis, let them make a stunning landing page. If you are selling a design tool (arguably CSS is somewhere in between)

This was my biggest take, when I see someone selling a design tool that’s looks very much like designed by LLM, that’s a red flag. I got the exact same vibe, no idea whether it was a prompt or a detailed design, but right now it looks like

“Don’t show them the keys of the piano, play the moonlight sonata. “ The key to a good demo is not listing or even showing the features, it’s showing them what they can accomplish with it. You need to inspire your prospects.
