Our gp encourages children visits. When you look at return on healthcare investment for children in terms of years of life left, it makes sense. Plus kids don’t self report very well, you need a doctor to diagnose.

Didn't think. I believe it's reasonable to use past tense now. They really shook things up. The question remains though if it's reasonable to continue to use uber. Is it a good idea to reward such awful behavior in the sta

My experience with unit tests is that they force a developer to think through their logic. So the tests themselves, once passing don’t help that much (though a little), but the act of writing them did have high ROI. The coverage metrics al

Yes, absolutely. This is a cornerstone to a lot of p2p markets. You take a % of the cut and let money launderers buy and sell between themselves via your market. For example, let’s say I want to sell x$ illegal goods. I just tell the bu

Doesn’t matter. The age of the internet boom is over anyways. It’s all about AI and robotics.

Linked in is way more brutal than Facebook. I(and all my friends)can take fb or leave it, put any kind of random info / pictures. LinkedIn though.. I am stuck!

Agreed, volunteer! That’s the best way by far to combat loneliness. That being said a founder support group is an awesome thing. I really want to go to a VR one if such exists.

Agreed single machine is exactly why I chose it. I don’t want my key storage app making network calls. Simple export to email would be good enough for backup. Apple really should just make their own and be done with it. Few apps really c

Gamification can provide value. Stack overflow is all about addiction and value. The blog title was manipulative in its hyperbole, btw.

Yeah, I think it makes a very poignant statement about the potential of VR headsets when VR enthusiasts don't want to use them. SLers are the real deal, people like zuck just don't get it. Too many people have dismissed SL fooli

Yeah, SL is probably closest but they can't seem to get their users interested in headsets. Kinda ironic in a way.

Give 1000 people apple watches with the app versus 1000 people other smart watches without the capability. At the end of the year, find out how well diagnosed the two groups are.

Lol, if you don't encrypt what keeps some employee from just walking in and stealing the hard drives? Insider attacks are huge, learn this in sec 101. RCE is your area, I am sure, but you are missing a huge category of trivial attack

This all does bring up a good point. Why not create a publicly accessible 'math tree' that people can use to learn about any kind of math. If there is a symbol or step they don't understand they should be able to follow it
