I always go directly to the companies website to give information like this. You can't fall for the dancing bunny if you never ever respond through email.

I have been stressing this to everyone I work with who have kids somewhat younger than myself for over a year now (I'm 24) when I realized how many of my friends ruined their lives playing video games. I have played a lot of video gam

I also loved Diablo 1 and 2, but did not like the gameplay of Diablo 3 at all as it felt too simplistic. The thing I was worried about, however, was seeing the auction house being successful and this kind of nonsense becoming mainstream.

As someone who grew up in the low income bracket of America I totally agree with your first point, it is amazing how easy it is to simply work hard and get somewhere like I have, yet people throw that chance away all the time. Your second

I have played Minecraft since back when it was still a browser game and played Terraria a lot as well from day one and honestly Terraria has been much better simply because it had a lot more content. By the way, the 1.2 update is almost ou

Having grown up with parents who acted like this I can say it makes for a miserable childhood. I wasn't allowed to even ride my bike past one neighbors house on each side when I was a kid because my parents were convinced I would be ki

I feel the same way about Code Complete. I tried to read it but just couldn't force myself to as much of it seemed obvious. Maybe back in the day it was as amazing as people say.

It might not automatically make things clearer, but if it does then it is better and considering the USA is mostly English speakers it shouldn't be a problem. I can see how the language barrier can be an issue in Europe though.

HR should never have the final say in a hire or no hire. I interviewed with a company recently which originally said they wanted me but later took the offer away. I was interviewed by 3 engineers and realized after talking to them that th

Not sure how a joke like this could in any way be seen as an attack against women... comedians talk about all sorts of race, gender and religion topics and joke about wanting to kill the person they live with all the time even though they l

Do competitors usually give that shipping for free though? I thought the point of super saver shipping was you don't have to pay for the shipping but the tradeoff is you have to wait however long it takes to get your package. If the

Asking someone out to a date the first time is perfectly legal. The moment you ask again when they say no is considered harassment and then you could get fired, but I doubt you would have any real issue the first time you ask.

I made about 2/3 of the money in my Coop as I do now as a full time employee but then again my university required that we have a certain amount of paid internship time to get our degree so my experience may be atypical.

Entry level with two years of experience?? I'd hope that isn't very strict or basically no one would be able to apply for the job meeting the requirements unless internships count, and even then you usually get like 1.5 years of

I still use it to play Terraria because its creator never fixed the multiplayer (which by the way if you play will be updated very soon with lots of new content).

Exactly. I wouldn't play Dota 2 anymore if all the big fans could simply dump a couple hundred bucks into it and be better than everyone else. It's the reason I stopped playing games like Magic the Gathering as well.

While there are some $60 titles that are so good you can justify paying that much for a mere 10 hours of play, most are not worth nearly that much due to lack of replayability. If everyone keeps buying lousy games for full price the compan

This. Honestly, how can they act like we should pay for the DLC when it was ready for ME3 on day one! I am totally against DLC and have only ever bought DLC for Skyrim because it added enough gameplay to be worth the cost.

If there even is an elder scrolls 6. As a fanatical fan my biggest fear is they will stop producing the single player games once the MMO comes out.
