If you google "greg wyler" and then click the wsj link you can visit the full article. But as to your question, it appears that he joined google from a company he founded that owned the rights, then left and took the rights with h

I thought println was like puts in C but it appears to be capable of printing multiple types and support a variable number of arguments(?). It has zero dependencies (in theory) and is just a little bootstrapping/diagnostic tool and

Not that it matters but the go binary should be smaller if you use 'println()' instead of importing fmt.

This looks like a nice side project. Complaining that HN seems to upvote go projects isn't really fair. Also ghost lists a number of users including NASA, mailgun, and coinbase. https://ghost.org

Asking for donations in the name of an open source project you didn't create, for yourself is the part that seems wrong. This guy seems full of it.

That's really rather disappointing. I missed out on all of this but I seem to have uBlock Origin as a result of installing it back when gorhill ran it, and I've been quite happy with it. Though, to be fair, he did just add an

While I agree that the transfer of ownership at least seems hasty, I feel that this is more chris's bad stewardship. Some of it is pretty ridiculous like that his homepage makes it feel as if he's claiming he created it. https:

Has there been any reply from @chrisaljoudi? Also, is there any reason this couldn't have moved to a github group (for the 'The uBlock Development Team') instead of someone else's personal account or something?

Honestly don't all of the US banking and credit card companies do this sort of 'security theater'? While this seems pretty absurd, I'm not aware of any that don't have mediocore to poor password practices.

Judging by your username I'd say that you've already thought about this and perhaps have a somewhat biased and possibly less than reasonable opinion on the subject...

Small note: Dropbox has android/iOS/web as well and Drive has web/iOS. As for the market, that includes a lot of their own employees does it not? Edit: Not to say that there is a big market or that this would dictate what the

Well coreclr at least has 778 forks on github currently, so it will be a bit harder to pull the plug on hopefully. It's also mit licensed and has a patent promise. IANAL but it looks pretty safe, especially with the mono project picki

That is really nice to see. I remember really liking c# but ultimately wanting something with better Unix support. I'd really like to see this succeed.

Wow. Besides crashing users devices that happen to be in the area, you really want to ban devices from universities? At the university I go to, a laptop is essentially a requirement for a lot of classes. The issue is not the devices, it
