By a knowledgeable/skilled person who listens to the call. (Which the AI solution provides). I suppose you could do that with the survey as well. It'd be an interesting study to see which is more reliable.

The AI is a lot cheaper. Kaiser nurses are amongst the highest paid in the nation.

If you employ a few hundred nurses, how exactly would you evaluate how well they show empathy? You can't rely on asking the customer. When they're upset (they often are in these calls), they'll lean towards the negative regar

I have some inside information (but not much!) They claim they do not use average handle time, but it is very common to get called into meetings to discuss why they spent a lot of time on some calls. The nurses get defensive (by definition

For almost the last 70 years, Chinese has been left to right. Before that it was vertical (although the ordering of the columns was right to left).

The value is being able to see the time and use timers/stop watches quickly. I use the timer on my watch many times a day, and it'd be a pain to use the phone for that. But of course, the real benefit is that I don't want m

I can't imagine wasting so much time finding a way to separate important and non-important notifications. But out of curiosity, what is an important notification for you?

And my point was that this isn't merely a "poor SW testing" problem, but something broken from the get go. Disparate systems shouldn't be connected together such that one thing breaking can cause others to break.

Not sure if you're asking relative to other options, or just in the absolute. I'll respond to the latter. Some of my complaints below may have remedies - please feel free to inform me! When Android Auto loads up, it shows me a til

Disagree. They mostly suck in a different way, with neither being better than the other. I've often switched back and forth. But this is a red herring. With older cars, you could install a 3rd party system and it was far superior to

Putting things like climate control, car settings, etc on the same screen as Android Auto is not at all necessary. Older cars (that still had touch sensitive displays), simply had separate HW modules and HW interfaces (buttons/switches

Stuff like climate control and radio/Bluetooth were included in many/most cars in the last decade. Expensive as they were, the cars were a lot cheaper than today's cars. And they just worked , which means they were either so

Maybe I'm being imprecise. What I mean is: When I enable Android Auto on my phone and on my car, and connect the two, I get something that has a poor UI and sucks.

It's not an indictment of modern software. It's an indictment of using SW where not needed. Don't put discrete, isolated HW functions behind a SW powered screen. It's that simple.
