That is a trait of ADHD. Hyperfocus until you find the next thing to hyperfocus on and then completely forget about the previous one. The best way to deal with it* IMHO is to have a long term goal - and a reason why you want to achieve it.

It's not a actually Nokia, it only looks like one. All the parts on the inside will be replaced with parts specific to this purpose.

Most fibreglass products are made with either polyester resin, or epoxy resin. Epoxy being the more expensive option with a couple of advantages over polyester.

If you look at the image, it seems that the "mux" is actually a data buffer (probably much larger than a single transaction's worth), that would mean more latency for a transfer, but less time holding up the bus. At least tha

I held the same belief until I made the switch. First on my work laptop, then at some point I realized I'm not using my Windows machine at all, now I only have Windows VMs for the rare occasion that I need to run something on it.

I agree with this, especially for a small team like this seems to be. Teams are most effective when they enjoy working together.

I'm so sick of Mondelez destroying good chocolate and replacing it with what I describe as "Margarine-Chocolate". I refuse to buy anything Mondelez, ruiner of chocolate.

My pet theory, which I admit might border a conspiracy theory, is that secure boot was intended to prevent the "Windows loaders" used to run pirate copies of Windows.

Filter caps in SMPSs can cause enough fault current to flow to trip your RCD if you have enough of them. The same with MOVs for surge protection that comes standard in many devices now (they are also capacitors when below the threshold volt

They have lower energy densities and lower discharge rates than the equivalent NMC batteries, but I suppose they should be able to work around the limitations.

You should really do an energy audit to figure out why you are using so much power. There is likely a more optimal way of spending your money to optimize your energy requirements. I have 5kWp and that generates more than double my needs on

According to LegalEagle, yes: https://youtu.be/WqDvsbElFXg?t=879 So it does seem that this will be his defense and is probably why he is doing so many interviews...

Sounds like you might have ADHD and the epinephrine (adrenalin) and norepinephrine surge gives you the ability to focus again. You might benefit from seeing a psychiatrist to establish whether you have ADHD and if treatment might help.

Where can I get SiCFETs that costs cents more than IGBTs? Please share your source. IGBTs are still very popular in most power electronics designs - mostly due to cost, but if what you say is true, then that will change very quickly.

I have to switch between C and C++ from time to time depending on project requirements. I can agree that it is far from ideal and probably makes me a worse programmer in both languages. So I can 100% agree that the two should be considered

LiFePO₄? Drones probably use LiCoO2. It has a much higher energy density and higher C-rate than LiFePO₄. LiFePO₄ has a much higher thermal runaway temperature than NMC (and other chemistries). I found this article with a short summation: h

Perhaps look at the BYD batteries, they are LiFePO₄, which is a lot safer than the Tesla Powerwall (I believe that is NMC?). It should also last longer under the same cycle conditions. The only downside is it is more temperature sensitive i

What is the energy density of these batteries? Last time I checked, it was infeasible to replicate something like a powerwall in even 10x the volume. Which means it is a non-starter for EV.

What is the matter with PWM dimming? Would it be resolved by using a higher frequency for PWM? The main reason you use PWM for dimming LEDs is because DC dimming (or filtered PWM) causes color shift. By using PWM, you can drive the LEDs wit
