I've been recommending "PHP Inspections EA" for many, it adds a many more extra inspections provided the environment (PHP versions, extensions, etc) are configured correctly.

Did they seriously take the "php" namespace in the registry?!?! That shouldn't be allowed.

They don't. It's always the same version server and client negotiate. The vulnerability is in the way session tickets are encrypted (or rather the lack of it), which is present in both versions, but in different formats; for examp

Note that this does not necessarily represent the cheapest a TLD can be. Many registries strike deals with registrars to offer initial registrations and sometimes transfers and renewals too, at a much lower cost.

I'd also suggest DeventralEyes, it's a nice quiet extension but works fantastic.

I have the feeling that Firefox development is a bit distanced from the real users. It's bugzilla is quite unfriendly, and pretty much everything users wish for is already there, in a ticket that is several years old with no action tak

Other than the performance, I think Mozilla changed their focus to browser based mobile operating systems and starved Firefox from developer talent.

I'm all in Firefox too, but Brave is not just a Chrome privacy thing. Brave goes out of its way to make money by ripping off publishers. As a publisher myself, I respect ad blockers. If they block ads, they aren't gonna click the

2-2.5K for a blog post sounds excessive in length, specially for b2b companies that sounds like they post often. I have quite a few blog posts and 1200-1600 is the sweet spot that I get pretty much 100% readership. Anything longer than that

I don't think it should be registrar's duty to shut domains down. Gitbook appears to use CloudFlare to host DNS, and likely to use their CDN/proxy, which makes them the actual "host" of the content. If there is any

Google is the registry of some novelty TLDs as well, and you are pretty much bound to dance the way Google wants with those TLDs.

For the past 5 years, I've been relying on cheap Android mid tier phones. I currently use a Redmi Note 8 Pro (I bought the first one shipped to my country) for a little over $250, and I wouldn't feel bad about buying a new phone i

I've been working on security research for about 5 years, and all these years, the only pattern I see is the wrong assumptions. Don't trust the user input, don't trust the API endpoints you connect to, don't trust HTTP h
