as the owner of a Legion Go, I think you're better off with the gaming laptop. This thing is just as inconvenient to carry (it's big and heavy) and way less powerful

update: my god how did they release it in this state. The inconsistencies in the UI.. my dark mode widgets are now white.. different border radiuses by app.. I've found 2 UI bugs in under an hour

I'm not a fan of the forced border radius on maximized (but not full screen) apps Other than that I tilt slightly towards the 'like it' side. Really like it on iOS

The main gist of this seems to be that other frameworks beat React on performance.. but who cares? The speed difference in 99.99% of apps is one that no-one can perceive React trades this very minor performance hit to give us better develop

It seems quite easy to refute—why would it punish anyone? We would pose 0 threat at that point to any super intelligence, and I highly doubt it would have anything like a human grudge. It's just a case of anthropomorphizing it

The #1 most frustrating part of image models to me has always been their inability to keep the relevant details. Ask to change a hairstyle and you'd get a subtly different person ..guess that's solved now.. overnight. Mindblowing

Depends what your most used part of Cursor is - from my view the only thing Rubymine is missing is the next edit prediction which I've heard they're working on currently The agent, chat mode and full line completion all work well

DRY is about concepts, not characters. Don't have multiple implementations of a concept If you choose to not copy paste the code you better be damn sure the two places that use it are relying on the same concept, not just superficially
