In older versions of their AV solution you could choose what to send to Microsoft, down to even not sending where the File is located, just what it detected. There was not even a option to send Memory Dumps. Now its all or nothing.

Windows Search is looking up everything you type on bing. The AV solution sends memory dumps to Microsoft.

I belive all you have to do is to prefix a Actor or function with a "@" and then call ponyc with --library, which generates a header and library you can use in your c program.

This "free" upgrade is currently disabled on "Pro" Versions of Windows. If anything like this happens on those versions a lot of business might get into trouble.

You cannot include Apache License v2 code into GPLv2 code, but it works with the MPL v2, afaik.
