Sure, but that is neither answered by the OP nor any of the numbers that are usually thrown around. Still, some events claim that they are outliers if they have no or almost no women on the roster. My point is more that there is not suffici

I like the statistics based approach to this. But it answers less questions than it poses: e.g. given that statistics says that there are always outliers, how come that the outlier "a lot more women than expected by statistics on this

Even in those organizations, there will be controlling and Q&A. Orgs being sloppy in one regard are often sloppy in another and probably gave down bad orders in the one direction _and in the other, too_. I organize smaller events, but y

I don't understand the downvotes. The parent suggests going there for the town, so why not for the cheese? Just in case someone thinks this is a lame swiss joke: Gruyère is also the name of a _very_ famous cheese from that town, mostly

I think I know what you mean, but annotations and scanning for them is definitely Java and used very widely. Honestly, when JUnit was still "just Java" by that definition, it was a much worse framework.

Yep, though Q3 sported more very fast moving or instant hit weapons (Shotgun, Plasma, Minigun, BFG, Railgun). On the other hand, Q3 also had faster player movement speeds, making hits even with fast weapons an exercise in tracking. I still

Right. My favourite stunt with the shock rifle was shooting a ball straight or down, then jumping over an obstacle and then hitting the ball to kill another player. Very impressive to look at, but actually doable with a bit of training.

The interesting thing about the weapons was that most were rather slow-moving and projectile speeds were very important. So motion prediction was far more important than for modern shooters. Shooting someone out of the air with a rocket lau
