Nothing is decaying. It is an implicit conversion. To say something "decays" implies something else is lost, the array is still there.

It took me an afternoon to glue together my own DIY SSG with all the features I wanted. I did that after a previous SSG didn't do what I wanted and I didn't know how to fix it since I don't know ruby. An SSG especially is suc

Your inability to work with Linux distros does not make Linux distros walled gardens. Your argument would be equivalent to me claiming that the closed source nature of the average Windows software makes the software itself a walled garden.

To be fair, sampling from a very specific subset of programmers (ones who would participate in a code jam) to do this study just seems like it would introduce various kinds if sampling bias. I would like to see someone try to figure out a b

I don't think the code presented was taken directly from stackoverflow, and I don't think that's what the person I replied to said. That being said, even if it was from stackoverflow, stackoverflow is a poor resource for olde

I mean obviously you need some way of executing the command and you're probably not going to write a C program to call execve to do it, but the point is that it doesn't involve any shell features and aside from the escape syntax f

Replace the keyboard and palm rest with an X220 keyboard and palm rest. I believe there are also other modifications you can do like fitting a higher resolution screen (requires soldering). But I haven't gotten that far yet.

No trackpoint, oversized trackpad, I think I'll stick with my modified X230 for the time being. An AMD option also wouldn't hurt but its not as big of a priority for me as a trackpoint.

The form factor isn't the issue. The person you replied to was referencing the claims Valve made that they went through a lot of testing to ensure that the SSD chosen didn't interfere with other components in terms of EM interfere

Your response makes no sense. There is no theory. It's really simple, actually: If you have a mine-field with an uncountable number of mines, knowing the locations of 200 mines won't help you cross the mine-field safely. If, inste

It's never easy to achieve something with clear code (unless you are writing a hello world program) but it is a skill you can practice and which will pay off more than any comment. At the end of the day, a comment which clearly explain
