A plausible (if not likely) explanation is that a large number of the searches for Katy Perry included other terms that caused Google to identify the searches as "not entertainment".

I'm using node (with expressjs) as part of my stack. It interacts with Mongodb and provides a public HTTP api. I wouldn't use it as my main webserver, but it's really nice for this part of it.

Yep it's a pretty close replica of the love2d site. I have been in contact with the love2d people and, although the actual author of the site has been sick and away from the internet, the group as a whole seems ok with it. I wasn't trying

Yep, that's it although the repository isn't up to date. I need to push a lot of changes.

I considered node as a platform for a desktop version. Unfortunately it doesn't run easily on Windows, which is a pretty big detractor for a game framework. The iOS backend uses Spidermonkey which could easily be used in a desktop version.

I initially tried just that. Implementing the canvas drawing api turned out to be too slow with the Spidermonkey js engine, which is what I had to use. If I could use a jit version of Spidermonkey or iOS's native Javascript engine it like

It seems that this could easily introduce unproductive behavior. "I want this badge so I'll introduce this bug and then fix it." Or "you introduce this bug so I can fix it". For an open source project, sure, why not. It might make things

I don't believe so. Wayland is in the really early stage of development right now, which makes me read this announcement as "Ubuntu is going to start committing developers to Wayland. You can build it with these instructions: https://grou

In addition to the "I'm dissatisfied" button, you should consider leaving the price in the text box so that "go" has the same effect of repeating the search.

A few (an AMG v8 and a Toyota? at least) direct injection motors already choose the correct piston to start firing. I think they all still use a starter but it would be much less of a stretch to implement this on one of them.

For a restricted subset of Javascript it wouldn't be that hard. I'm not sure that solves the iphone problem though - I don't think it's kosher to use non c/c++/objc code. A Javascript to C compiler would work fine, though. That would be q

Yep, I hit this roadblock too. For my similar project I ended up using a non-jit version of Spidermonkey for embedded Javascript. Interpreted performance is pretty poor in comparison to jit though, and I ended up moving to a much higher l
