So err, what happens if you are developing apps on behalf of clients, and you want to demo apps to each of them, and you end up with more than 100 clients?

Apple don't allow that. You aren't allowed to make an app that allows other apps to be installed. The App Store is the one and only way to install apps, forever.

Ironically mongrel & dependencies only require a handful of lines of patching to work on 1.9 - the fact that no one has bothered for many months now shows just how unpopular mongrel has become.

I meant Chrome OS. If MS Windows is given away for free on new laptops, by filling the OS with banner ads and then bribing manufacturers to bundle it, would the EU still require IE to be removed?

I don't feel like a petabyte is a lot of data anymore. Sun's Thumper is a 4RU cabinet containing 48 disks. If you had a rack full (10 thumpers: 40 rack units) with 2TB disks, that is 1 raw/unformatted petabyte.

This could be your last chance to have a good attempt at doing a startup. If you really want to do it, now is the time, before you end up marrying her and having kids. After that it is too late, so decide now if you want to commit more ti

My hypothesis is that the tail broke off due to over-speed, which would cause a rapid nose-dive. (I think) also the tail contains the radio antennae.

ESX isn't really comparable to VirtualBox, and is quite different to the other VMware products, so this isn't a particularly appropriate place to talk about it. But I must say that making a product like ESX have a free version as powerful

An important step would be moving outside of the American market. Currently, major content producers sign deals with local TV stations in non-USA areas of the world. There is no reason Hulu can't stream to other areas, so at some point it

On my G1 it also protects the menu button (which also unlocks the phone from locked mode) from being pressed accidentally. While you can configure an unlock touch gesture, I haven't bothered yet because I don't find that the menu button is

Are you joking? I can't tell. This is the age of web applications and permanently net-connected smart phones. Who are you to tell me I can't fix a typo or push a bugfix more than once a week?

I have about 3 years experience with lithium ion vs. lithium polymer batteries whilst building my own e-bike battery pack, and using both types of batteries in my Thinkpad.

Be very careful with these new batteries. The chemistry is very heat-sensitive and if your laptop gets very hot for extended periods it will lost most of its ability to hold charge after only 12-24 months.
