Profit at the expense of all else is toxic, in my book. The economic framework of capitalism doesn't absolve individuals of guilt, really. At the end of the day, a human being makes a decision.

Been away from React from two years and this stuff is all-new to me. Maybe I'll wait another few years for it to settle down before looking again...

With your expectations firmly set to "silent film era," Nosferatu is very entertaining and goes by remarkably quick. What helps is there's so much to look at in nearly every frame, you're rarely bored visually. The other

Wish I could say I was rushing back but other podcasts have filled in during the 2 years they've been gone. That's just my personal experience, though.

My layman's take is that it seems very similar to Log4j's vulnerability, but I don't really know for sure.

As someone who recently began producing 2D animation, it seems like 2D has only gotten more rare and expensive as 3D/CG animation continues to proliferate. But could be a "grass is always greener" thing.

Good. If Lego won't evolve, they'll die. I'm glad Lego is still around and thriving, as that didn't always seem like it would be the case (from my personal experience as a kid).

Whenever I transpose my comments to HN, I usually do some light editing. The following comment is unedited because this headline kinda fired me up. Considering how Google’s treated AR and VR in the last 10 years, hyping people up then quiet

Are losing battles still worth fighting? Personally I believe yes, because there are still those that benefit in the interim. Compare that to not bothering to fight at all in the first place.
