Copyrights should be more like trademarks. Use it or lose it. Put a limit of 10 years if the work is not available for purchase by the general public, so any work that goes out of print becomes public domain 10 years after the last copy was

I disagree. The company's DNA and general approach to the market was set by Gates 40 years ago, the culture he established still stands, so invoking him when criticising MS for it's monopolistic practices is still valid.

Because Apple realised that a thin and small laptop sells better than a chunky one. Make a Mac Book the sane size as the iBook G3 and you could have a week's worth of battery. But then you wouldn't be allowed to carry it on a plan

What I like most about it is that it can run as any user. There's no need for a daemon that starts as privileged user. Another benefit is that all images and container reside on a hidden directory in $HOME.
