    I live in Toronto and would love to run my startup out of a research/startup/robotics facility in Waterloo (Catalyst 137) but the commute time is too long. If such train exists, I for one would defiantly make the move.

    This seems to be almost the same as what’s in the landing page. I think you need to focus on the differentiation factors since I assume anyone in your target audience has heard of Shopify so there has to be clear messaging on what’s differe
