No dark theme in the tryout version, that's evil. I love Sublime Text and I believe that Sublime Merge will surely do an exceptional job, but I love my eyes even more, so I'll pass this time.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment... People who get drunk with the Linux cool-aid are really tiresome. They believe they're safe by using Linux, and completely disregard good security practices with their windows-bashing speech.

I love Hungarian Notation, I mean, it's pretty intuitive that LPCTSTR is a long pointer to a (zero-terminated) constant TCHAR string. I definitely never panicked as a kid when I saw WINAPI-related code.

I can't simply recommend "Everything" enough. Imagine the accuracy of `find` with the speed of `locate`. My main PC has 8Tb of storage in 4 HDDs, with "Everything" I can find any file immediately. Too bad Windows is

Why Cmd+Q and not Cmd+Esc then? It is frustrating to press Cmd+Q by accident when you intend to press Cmd+W, at least there is a physical separation between F4 and F5, so you can't get it wrong.

It is really difficult to have a constructive discussion about OS X and Windows, mostly because both projects are mutually exclusive with their goals and users feel their interests aligned with one side. To name an example, most of the peop

That's what the theory says, but in practice you get a net loss since entities like Apple and the FSF will never stand on the other's ground effectively resulting in a deadlock.

A simple solution: Auction the visas. This will raise the price of foreign talent until it reaches a balance point so it will be more difficult to abuse the visa system to bring "cheap labor".
