I think the idea is it would look a bit like daylight, but only if you're in the area being lit (e.g. standing next to the solar farm), otherwise you wouldn't see it at all. But in practice, I'm not sure. I could imagine ligh

The article is extremely light on details, and I'm highly skeptical of the economics, though I do think its cool that they seem to be actively planning a demonstration mission. If nothing else, it would be neat to see the concept demon

Correct. A big part of the issue here is that Syncthing's Android app is more of a wrapper over the desktop app than an actual native Android implementation, so a lot of the code assumes the availability of certain features (like full

Interesting. Why a mast and not just the ground? Pull up the mooring lines (probably more than the amount needed to actually hold the ship, for redundancy), connect them to the ship, then pull on the lines with winches until the ship is on

This isn't collateral damage though; Ryujinx's developers (read: "law-abiding folks") were the target of this attack by Nintendo. That piracy may be impacted as a result is incidental.

In this example everything is happening on U.S. servers, with U.S. employees, on U.S. soil. How is that "operating in" Iran or France? If someone physically flew over from Iran and talked to me in-person instead of over the intern
