I see, that makes sense, but why is it so? Aren't the posts stored in a database somewhere? How does it work?

Why does espinchi's post not have Steve Job's passing post? Edit: apparently because it only searches articles that are in memory. And that article was not in memory when op checked.

I can't fathom a reason for "several hundred tabs" unless your job specifically requires you to open that number of tabs for some (albeit strange) reason.

Reddit adds downvotes to account for spam votes. I don't know how they know they are spam votes though. Also it's curious, if they know a vote is spam, why not just not count it at all instead of adding a downvote?

This is a part of live js "pause" feature. Basically chrome (and other browsers too) allow you to pause live js execution. What this "break on..." means is that whenever the element or any of it's children is modified (in html) the js execu

I am not OP but i use win 8 for my primary OS too and i don't use any AV. IIRC, win8 had some built-in virus protection. Also my usage is primarily pro and don't use thumb drives etc on my workstation. Also my internet habits and chrome pro

The game is fun but is there any way to change the "units" of the change direction keys? Right now they seem to add up, i.e. two up strokes means speed increases by two points, but a more conventional manner would be better IMO. i.e. one up

Why am i not seeing anyone talking about a google maps native app violating apple tos? Apple strictly enforces the "no replicatiion of native app functionality" rule, so even if google does submit an app to the app store, will apple accept

You can submit the site for review in google webmastertools but i think that is only for serps removal. Also AFAIK Chrome takes malware data from google's severs so webmsatertools seems to be the place to go.
