i dont imagine the low resolution is per se essential the same way the light is. you could maybe figure out ways of syncing the data collection to match each other at that high of speed

the car companies at the time were tech companies that paid the government to kick people off of roads and build communities that require cars to get to. the car obsession didnt quite happen naturally

land use and design issue more than anything. ramps have been around for a long time, and are well known to take up a ton of space. especially if every propery gets its own ramp rather than all the properties on a block sharing the same ram
