I find it amusing how the OP has the need to label meals within the day and gripes about how they don’t match when talking to others on a regular 24-hour schedule. They are just meals. You’re hungry, so you eat. It’s a meal. Only one note:

This is very similar to an issue I battled for months on MacBook Pro (one of the later Intel versions, like 2018-ish), although there problem was not in the HW itself but the current version of MacOS at that time (this is no longer an issue

The article mentioned that we already have some limited supplies of a vaccine for H5N1. Just curious, what’s keeping us from adding it to the yearly flu shot mix ahead of time?

Quite funny that an article about AI was not fed to AI to proof read it.

I know the 5110 is one of the unbreakable OG’s but I’d much rather see 6210/6310 brought back to life. That phone looks cool even for 2024 and the ergonomic design is still usable. 5110 was so bulky!

The only tool I appreciate is the text proofreading option. The summaries are ok but I could live without them. The rest is no good to me. I think I’ve been trained for years to avoid Siri (because how embarrassingly bad it is) that I just

After seeing that news clip, my only question is “why do they care?”. I’m not saying nobody should care but why do we have citizens on the hunt for drones. From the look of it, the drones don’t seem to be invading citizens privacy, nor does

It became quite normal for me to write 0.3 and read it as “point three”. I do agree that the English language makes it less awkward to just skip the zero. It leaves very little room for confusion.

IMO the implicit zero is just as much an issue in regular written form. The period could be overlooked quite easily, but seeing a leading 0, one will know what’s really going on. How could the parser see it as a string? This is not YAML and

Exactly! Trailing commas (for cleaner commits) and comments are the only pain points I ever felt. On the other hand: > leadingDecimalPoint: .8675309 This is just lazy. Can we discuss in depth how much time you saved by skipping the “0” i

N100 is not more expensive. It’s about the same price. 8GB pi5 is $80 Power brick around $15 Decent cooled case $20 Heat sink $8 SD $15-20 And this is all excluding NVMe hat with NVMe drive, ie you’re stuck with absolutely miserable storage

I pay for both GPT and Claude and use them both extensively. Claude is my go-to for technical questions, GPT (4o) for simple questions, internet searches and validation of Claude answers. GPT o1-preview is great for more complex solutions a

I got this one when it was on sale for about $135: https://a.co/d/7XSrYmL Looking back, the SSD was garbage so I ended up using my own nvme. But it’s a little solid piece. It came with some windows but I just put Debia

The only Pi I’m hoping to see is Pi Zero 3 W (or whatever the next iteration may be). Z2W still packs decent performance considering its size. Pi5 arrived too late and was displaced by the N100 micro bricks imo.

Does anyone know how what kind of local hack had to IMDb implement to allow this special rating scale for "This Is Spinal Tap"? While the current movie rating shows 7.9/11, you can only rate it on the 1-10 scale. For those un

I don’t have any 6E device so I cannot really tell for sure but from what I read, 6E gets you to a bit over 1Gbit in real world scenario. 7 should be able to replace my 2.5Gbe dongle or at least get much closer to it. I already have routers

I assume you are also on weekly doses. How does it work for you? I feel like I go through cycles of: Day 1: no change Day 2: can go whole day without eating, a bit nauseous Day 3-5: feeling bloated, food doesn’t digest fast, not eating much

It does not, you’re right to point it out. Maps showed about 1 day and 18 hrs so I accounted for 3 day rental but lodging slipped my mind. So probably another $200-$400, if leaning towards economy options.
