Wow, the article provides 3 datapoints and the metric is not even that good. I wish articles could go better when talking about trends. How about an actual timeseries of number of homeless people per capita alongside another one of homeless

Right. I got a master's in CS with out a bachelors. I had to take 4 pre-reqs classes before I could start taking the graduate level classes. Anyway it was worth it.

Can you code? Did you add value at your previous jobs? If so, I think there is a place for you if you keep grinding. Good luck.

Something about this is very funny. Such a well-meaning act completely oblivious to how it's creepiness.

My brother got a job in the industry with only a degree in math. My advice is simply to trust in yourself and don't give up applying for jobs. It sounds like you enjoy and are good at coding. I guarantee you that is enough to be succes

I loved reading Expecting Better and its sequel The Crib Sheet. The books are written by an economist who was annoyed when doctors could not explain why there was a certain guidance (e.g. no caffeine during pregnancy) so she researched all

stock is not a total crapshoot when you get issued more stock at regular intervals. At least where I work, if the stock price goes down it means you will simply be issued more stock.
