Yep, I'm having the same issue. It's extremely frustrating given the amount of really triggering content that keeps being recommended to me (anorexia, body horror, pus, holes, etc)

A lot of them pay external design houses to do it. There are several design houses that I know of that are ex YC founders so the connection is already there.
