I feel like this is going to try to tack on an affiliate link to anything I track. Edit: yes it does, I just tested it and it appends '?tag=pricedropnotifications-emails-20' to amazon links, saying they earn a 'small commissi

For a few years in the webcomic & blog space there was Ryan North's Project Wonderful, which served unintrusive auctioned banner ads that were usually advertising another creator's genuinely interesting work; I have no problem

My YouTube use definitely isn't healthy, but it's still the only social app that asks me to take a break if I use it too long or late at night. That should be standard in any of these apps.

An LLM cannot explain itself and its explanations have no relation to what actually caused the text to be generated.

I think it's still likely that most new people you'll encounter aren't malicious. I have to wonder what your mental image of a 'newcomer' looks like.

I know it's pedantic, but this has nothing to do with an operating system and is actually just some binaries that wrap LLM APIs from what I can tell. The Github repository is just a bunch of prompts in Markdown. Looks great on a resume

With older Apple hardware you can usually find a working OS image, but Apple specifically is very strict with minimum OS versions for apps and deprecating APIs so that older iOS and macOS versions end up unable to install any software that
