Using this as a retort is totally missing the point. Ok so I only have to save up 7,000 now, so I can do it in 6 years, I guess. But that extra 1800 a month I'm continuing to save each year afterwards by forgoing my late doesn't

Legally prohibited? How? Rent stabilized units are a small percentage of the NYC rental market (and change tenants much less frequently than the rest of the market) Brokers seem to be able to capture the value just because they’re entrenche

“Legal obligation to shareholders” is absolutely a thing, in the USA anyway. “Fiduciary duty” is the term to Google.

A VPS paid monthly isn’t “cloud”. It’s just a server. “Cloud” tends to assume elasticity, pay by minute, managed software services, etc. “On the internet” isn’t cloud automatically

That was probably true in 2017, for on prem jira. JIRA cloud today is all that plus poor software quality.

On my 21 Subaru I disable lane assist unless I’m on the highway. It’s too strong on the wheel, and there are too many construction related lane issues near me that have almost caused accidents for me multiple times.
