I forgot I turned up my Netflix speed to 1.25x and ended up watching many shows at that speed when I realized it it was very foreign to go back to normal speed and they sounded very slow and annoying. But 11x speed sounds difficult, though

This made me think one should almost practice like a fire alarm drill we do in grade schools. Set a random timer and when you get the alert react. Have it go off randomly some days so you can practice getting under a desk or in a doorway as

If they ban facial recognition then companies will start using other tech like gait recognition. So are we wanting to ban facial recognition or is it something more like the right to not be tracked(if that even is a right). I think we need

Sounds like Japan. But most countries that is not the case. People want to protect their property. Also with hidden cameras it would be trivial to do so and not be detected so in your country those who want to record are already doing it ju

I wonder what other campaigns over the generations have taken place to change the public’s view on history? It is getting harder now days in the digital world but China sure thinks it can.

Well though I somewhat agree, a lot of kids do not have parents who care or know better and may be on poor diets that cause obesity. Also some kids just don’t have the genetics. The grades should be based on effort applied at whatever skill

But in social studies there is math that gets discussed. We had percentages for sure when discussing politics for example. My social studies is ever old but we definitely had some portions that had some math involved.

I disagree. This seems to me to be the heart of tinkering. We don't always have the tools we need so sometimes improvise and especially since it was a cheap board and he knew the risks it seems perfectly fine to me. If everything neede

Carbon neutral is not the same as filling the landfill with plastic and electronic waste. Just because they use solar power for energy has little to do with other environmental impacts.

Here we simply don’t have the staff to go to 32 hours. The only thing this would effectively change is that after 32 hours they would have to start paying us overtime. We are hiring any qualified care workers but we continue to be short sta

With approx. 71,000 abandoned wells and 91,000 inactive wells even if you closed 500 a month, and let me tell you this is no where near the rate of how many are being closed, it would take 27 years. The fact is however that even more are be
