No, it's not fair. If you're an anarcho-capitalist, "what is this minimum wage thing?," if you're a communist "seize the means of production!"

IEEE Spectrum has a report on successful GPS spoofs (including of a ship), as well as speculation about Iran's capabilities (in capturing an RQ-170 as well as a patrol boat). It's great survey material. [1] [1] http://s

The article covers it: "Gates created the Giving Pledge in 2010 with billionaire investor Warren Buffett, and the pair have been joined by 168 others who’ve promised to give the majority of their wealth to charity."

Venus is 90 bar, Mars is 6 mbar. Maybe not from N=3 in our solar system. I feel you on Star Trek. It always kills me that 90% of species in the quadrant is a bipedal humanoid, although they did address this in "The Chase" (TNG:S6

Africa's population is projected to ~quadruple to approx 4 billion by 2100 (will have almost as many people as Asia at this point), and will account for most of the world's population growth to 2050 (1.3 bil+). [1] It's a hug

Putin is up for reelection spring '18. With all of the symmetric responses going on between the US and Russia at the moment (tit for tat game), one can only expect shenanigans.

Haha - I didn't know that. Makes sense. I've got a dropdown in one of my Cloudformation scripts for AZs, and every time I get to it, I spend way more time thinking about it than I should. You've saved me some time.

PETA helped develop the Harm-Less Permissive License (HPL) which I have used in the past. You may have to dig for it. It explicitly prohibits causing harm to humans and animals, which may serve your purposes. You may also want to think abo

Trips to the coffee shop with the wife for 'work dates.' Winter accouterments (good parka, gloves, hat, snow tires). My accountant, and any way I can trade money for time.

Last place I worked had a substantial alcohol budget - liquor, beer, wine, kegs. It was staffed with 100% adults/human beings, and people drank if they wanted, when they wanted, where they wanted and as much as they wanted. It was fun,
