Do you get mad at IDE plugins that let you extend software that you don't control?

OP had a socket with a button and decided to use it as a button. Yes button works, but you don't have it, like OP, then socket like that will do. As a bonus, you can put a light bulb that indicates the state.

It needs docker daemon on both ends. This is just a clever way to share layer between two daemons via ssh.

That's why I make initial context (e.g. AGENTS.md) is about how to bootstrap context for a current task/project. Now, my prompts only need to be good enough to hint how to read the graph correctly.

You somewhat can do this. I use neo4j as a knowledge database for agents, and it has processes and tasks described.

I can only talk about Codex web interface, I had a very detailed refactoring plan for a project it was too long to complete in one go, so used "ask" feature to split it up into multiple task and group them by "which tasks can

Well, firstly, this is a developer beta. So the target audience are developers that want to get a head start on getting their app(s) ready. So measuring battery performance of those dev betas is dumb. Also, they do listen to feedback and do

Say you want to visit some places for sure and maybe try some restaurant that was recommended to you. You yeet your travel dates to model, it uses mapbox's mcp to find all POIs that you need and creates a detailed plan for you.

Yes, that's why long time ago we figured out how to store those in some extremely fast memory store like memcached or redis. I hope people that work at scale where it's not a viable option don't need to read such blog posts t

Sure, but unless you're near Google scale, you probably shouldn't worry about that. IMO JWTs should not be used on public internet.

I think storing JWT in cookie is madness. You got every downside of JWT without any upside at all. Use a normal session, since you already assume there is a db for authentication. That JWT token takes much more space on a client (and sent w

lmao what? You want to loiter with a camera drone to guide other drones to target? How would that work if neither drone knows where it is (drones had no GPS lock, it's a fact, not a speculation)?

I once saw probably 10 iterations to fix a broken test, then it decided that we don't need this test at all, and it tried to just remove it. IMO, you either write tests and let it write implementation or write implementation and let it

With how big some OpenAPI docs are the problem isn't "LLMs can't figure out OpenAPI documentation." it's that consuming OpenAPI documentation is extremely resource intensive. I've met openapi docs that make cli

I think MCP is pretty close to what LSP is. Many of MCPs shouldn't have existed, IMO. Here is an example: I wanted amazon q to interact with github, so I added to its context that it can use `gh-cli` and it it worked pretty well. Sure,
