- weinzierl 11y agoGoogle already uses GeoIP (and IP multicast). Doesn't matter if you type google.de or google.com in the URL-bar of the browser. You will always get the German version, which differs significantly and is practically worthless for programming or technology topics. I assume it's the same for google.fr (can't try it for obvious reasons). What works is google.com/ncr or just use duckduckgo.
