- ZeroGravitas 11y agoI think they mean it in the second sense listed, more than any other type of power, but not a majority (>50‰)
- vectorjohn 11y agoI stand corrected. I didn't see that one. I.e., it is the largest single source.
- aidenn0 11y agoI think it's a reasonable usage of the word. By the dictionary, it is used in this sense only for voting and demographics, but it is a natural extension to use it for other fractional values.
