Is the board independent? If so, the board is the boss of the CEO. You owe it to the board to let them know about problems with their charge.
If the board is Buddy Buddy or the company is bootstrapped, then just give two weeks notice and start interviewing elsewhere.
- astartupemp 11y agoAFAIK, there is no board yet. There are investors and advisers but I have no way of reaching to them.
