I tend to agree with others saying this is a bad idea. What I find the most irritating and insulting is when someone primes me to have a discussion about something (such as mentioning exactly what went wrong with the interview) and then acts as though there's no room for debate. If I got a rejection email like that, the first thing I'd want to do is write a reply detailing all the different reasons the interviewers were either wrong or overly concerned with the significance of my particular responses. A lot of people are determined enough to start a debate about an interview. Comparatively few companies are willing to engage in such a debate and they shouldn't pretend otherwise.
