  Has your approach changed since posting that article? What's the feedback been like from candidates that have received emails like that?

    I still send detailed rejections and so does my entire team. We get a lot of genuine thanks for doing so and some smaller amount of nothings meaning this was either useless or the candidate got upset. I try to minimize unnecessary praise and focus on actionable items. And I always use written feedback as source.
