Having to hard reset during an update due to a freeze doesn't exactly sound like a particularly smooth process. I guess your perspective depends on your experiences with previous updates.
- hudell 11y agoYes, every other windows update I had before either: a) Failed on the first try b) Deleted files/software Windows 10 was the first time I didn't lose anything (except the games that stopped working)
