Most YC startups do something new, enabled by new technology - typically the internet. Does this startup rely on some technological development that meant it wasn't posible before? eg in making the whole thing small enough; "pour over" coffee (whatever that is); eff/cheapness of solar panels etc? NB not necessarily a selling point itself, but something that enables one.
