There are some people who are very poor. I'm glad the FDA is requiring it for enriched rice. I thought enriched rice only had vitamin B, but it has D,C, iron, and more. When I am backpacking; I will buy enriched rice next time. Whenever I think about food, I think about the North Korean that was on here a few weeks ago.
