- loumf 11y agoThe terms are usually the same: invest at the new round's valuation such that ownership percentage is maintained. They will only follow, so the valuation will be set by others.
- jsprogrammer 11y agoWould be nice to see it in writing instead of assuming it's 'the usual'.
