I think one can really see that a lot of work has gone into it. I mean that as a good thing, it feels like a good site. The one thing that put me off from a web design perspective is the carousel at the top. I can see how you think both images are important, but it should be better to focus on one. I like the shigehiro one. On the "From the hand of the masters", it gives a great image of what you are selling, but auto-play videos are cumbersome for me and the black textbox on the right seems broken.
