happened to my friend as well. he parked his bike in the evening on the properly marked parking spot. next morning new signs were in place and his bike was towed. he had to pay a fine to get his bike back and all reasoning was denied

        yep, and call the local TV station - they love these type of filler stories that make cities look like crooks

  well we are Europeans and were on the vacation. dealing with court and police is the last thing you want to do on your holiday
