Does the contract say anything regarding how the money would have to be paid back?
- sanjosethrow 11y agoNo. It's very clear that it has to be paid back but there's nothing about how that would work. In another place it says the company will subtract any monies owed from my final paycheck but clearly that wouldn't cover close to $35k.
