  Heh. 'Twould be nice if we were more reasonable about the things we make crimes so the justice system had the resources needed to mete out justice in a timely fashion to real dangers to society. :) I notice that there is a bond assessment for the kidnapping charge, but not the murder charge. Does that mean that he cannot get out on bail, or does it mean that if he posts $150k, he can get out on bail?
