Are company cofounders required/suggested to have technical background or are industry professionals (non-technical) welcomed as well?
- mattkrisiloff 11y agoIt's important to us that the team itself can build the product it's trying to create. When you try to hire contractors to build out an idea, it's expensive, slows down iteration speed, and it's really hard to judge the quality of their work if you're non-technical too. If your team is entirely non-technical, try to make a good case for why that won't be a problem, and what you're doing to close that skill gap.
