Kitty, just curious – I think it's reasonable to say that your article sensationalises a fairly obvious, innocent limitation of Apple Pay. I only speak for myself, but it felt quite dated - like a tabloid from the mid-Nineties. It made me instinctively leap to the defence of the entity you were attacking. I think this style of reporting is probably better left offline. Obviously, you're welcome to to ignore unsolicited advice from strangers - but I just think it could be helpful to reflect on that in future.
