Do they actually transfer power between "host" and "partner", or just money?
- athenot 11y agoThis looks more like a transfer of credits, not of the actual power.
- danielweber 11y agoIn a grid, electricity is largely fungible. By transferring money to people doing the "right things" you encourage more of those "right things."
